Use Column on connected boards in Emails & activities to send email automation

We will start by telling you that I have two connected boards, let’s call them Board A (Companies) and Board B (Contacts).

The connection is bidirectional, and in Dashboard B (Contacts) some mirror columns of Dashboard A (Companies) are shown. When configuring emails & activities in Dashboard B (Contacts) I cannot see elements from Dashboard A (Companies) to use as a custom email.

I can see all the fields in Dashboard B (Contacts), but I cannot use the fields in Dashboard B (Companies).

Has anyone managed to do it? is there any way to do it?
