Use fields within item creation (not just in updates)

I’d like to be able to use item names as part of creating automations e.g. when I create a task, I want all the sub-items to start with the name of the overall task so that there’s better visibility from the ‘My Work’ tab about what this relates to.

E.g. I am setting up a product webinar (task)
Subtasks could include:
{item name} - prepare slides
{item name} - create webinar event
