Description
We have an HR Board that we want to use the People column to identify who is the Hiring Manager. However, the board is confidential, and we don’t the Hiring manager to be alerted when added to the board nor will they need access to the board. We want to be able to use the People column to generate automations using their company issued email, without having to manually enter it as a text column.
What are you trying to achieve
Be able to use the People column without sending notification that the person is attached to an item/subitem and without giving them access to the board.
