"User can't change content on this board"

My free trial recently ended a couple days ago, and since then, I am not able to make ANY edits on my board even though I am the sole owner and super user for the project. I am the only person who has access, and I created the workflow and project board. However, now I am unable to make changes to any of my work. Is there NOTHING available to free members? Am I required to buy something in order to restore my access to my board? Any advice is welcome please.

Hey, Tara! Shannon here with the monday.com team. :waving_hand: I see that you’re posting for the first time–welcome to the monday Community!

Once a free Trial Plan ends, a user’s content will move into read-only mode, so you’re running into expected behavior. Your content will not be deleted, but if you’d like to access your content again for editing, you can either move your account to the Free Plan or upgrade to a paid account. Let me know if you need any additional time before making your decision and I’d be happy to help extend your Trial Plan.

You can learn more about the Free Plan, here. You can check out this resource if you have any questions about our products and plans. Let me know if you have any follow-up questions and I’d be happy to help. :slightly_smiling_face:

Thank you for your help. I just changed my account to be downgraded to the Free Plan. To be clear, on this Free Plan, there is no option to view projects in the Timeline format? A paid plan would be required for that feature?

Absolutely, no problem at all! I’m glad to hear you were able to downgrade to the Free Plan. Yes, that’s correct. The Timeline View/Widget is currently only available to users on the Standard, Pro, and Enterprise Plan tiers.
