Hi,
I have a board where I organize the order of items (cards) manually by dragging them according to priority. There are 5 people using this board. For 4 of us, the order of the cards appears exactly the same. However, for 1 user, the order is completely different, even though we are all looking at the same view and using the same filters and sorting settings.
We’ve checked permissions, view filters, sorting options, and everything seems identical, but the issue persists for that one user.
Could you please help us understand why the card order is not consistent for this user and how we can fix it?
