{Username} translating to "a form submission" instead of the user who submitted the form?

You can use the Creation Log column to identify the user who submitted the form (assuming the form submitter is a Monday member)

Thanks so much! However, when I use the Creation Log, it only shows the date, not the submitter. (Granted I’m testing this and I am the submitter, but that shouldn’t matter?)

I have the same issue with my forms. I’m currently using a workaround that uses an automation to assign the item creator (i.e. the person submitting the form) to a People column. I then reference that People column in my email. It’s a hack at best, and you have to hope that automations run in the right order for that to get set before your email automation is triggered.
