Using Create Items Via Email

I have set up from settings the ‘Create Items via email’ which has given me a unique address. I have added a contact to my outlook account and successfully sent an outlook message to the account which has created an item on the board.
The issue I no have is I am trying to forward a received message from outlook to the board but it is not sending the original message content

Instead of relying on default email parsing, it lets you open the email in Gmail, fill out task details, and send it straight to your board.
