Most of our employees do not use Monday.com, but I still need to keep track of their sales. I have been using a Status type column to mark which employee is assigned to each sale. It leads to problems when creating dashboards or viewing the timeline view. Has anyone else done this? Is there a better way to do this? I put a screen grab below to further explain my usage.

As for your workflow, are you looking to do anything with the different statuses or is this mainly to list the names? If so, where do you need to see this info on dashboards?
We often see users create text or dropdown columns to list individuals assigned if they are not in the platform. Do you think this would work better for you?
You could also create a fake email address for each user and add them as a viewer to assign.
