When utilizing the teams features to add members and guests to boards it would be helpful to have an export feature within teams so that appropriate auditing could be done periodically on who has access to the boards. I currently have to manually extract the names and put them into my own spreadsheet to audit the users. It is very time consuming. I would like an option to export the names within a team to an excel spreadsheet.
What are you trying to achieve
Having the option to export to excel. I am trying to achieve a streamlined approach to being able to determine who needs to be on a team accessing the boards. I currently have one team with over 100 team members assigned. There isn’t a quick and easy way for me to pull a report to see who is assigned to that team. It is a cumbersome and time-consuming process with the likelihood of human error due to it being a manual process. Having the ability to quickly audit who has access increases data security and reliability.
