Published a Vibe (which is great), but I need time to examine ROI and use cases properly before committing to a paid plan.
I have already been billed for the balance of the paid tier through to the end of the billing month (which is fair), but now I have unpublished my Vibe, and there are only 2 drafts in the entire account, and I cannot move back to the free plan.
I’d recommend reaching out to Support at support@monday.com or contacting your Account CSM.
They’re the right team to review your billing status and plan eligibility, especially since you’ve already unpublished the Vibe and are trying to move back to the Free plan.
