When I share a form using a URL, I often map specific fields (like the Item ID) so that they’re pre-filled automatically. This works well, but the issue is that users can still edit those pre-filled fields before submitting the form. If they do, it breaks the link or tracking between the form submission and the original item, which causes errors in my workflows.
What are you trying to achieve
Having a “read-only” option for form fields would completely solve this problem. It would allow admins to pre-fill values that users can see but not change, maintaining data integrity and making forms more reliable for connected workflows.
