I use monday for project retrospectives with the kanban view as it’s easy to bucket feedback from the team into ‘went well’ and ‘to improve’ categories. To organize ourselves and our meeting, we use the ‘voting’ field to determine what topics/feedback we should prioritize discussing in our meeting. I used to be able to see and sort by the voting field in the Kanban view, but now I can’t anymore because it’s no longer supported. Please bring this back for a more user friendly experience with the kanban view!
