WAV Audio Files won't Download or Playback in the File Viewer in Updates

I’m having trouble getting our audio files to be able to play or download in the file viewer that automatically opens after clicking a wav file. We have all of our voicemails going into Monday and as of this morning, we’d just download them (there was no file viewer?). So I’m not sure if this is an update or what’s going on, but now I can’t access the wav files at all unless I do it from the Monday app in my iPhone. I’ve tried various browsers as well as the Windows app - all don’t work for me.
