Week column missing features

It looks like the Week column is missing some critical features compared to the timeline and date column. Some I’ve noticed, but I might be missing a few:

  • Support to use the week column in formula’s
  • Support to use the week column as input in the workload view
  • Treat the end of the week as a deadline
  • Support to have items with a week specified appear in ‘My Week’ (reported earlier)

In my opinion, the week column is just a specialised version of a timeline, being restricted to a single week, and should thus support all the same features.

Totally agree. With these improvements the week column starts making sense. At this moment we do not use it at all because of the above mentioned. Especially showing in My week is something the should be done with this column to give it reason to add to your boards
