For us, the biggest challenge has been over-automation. We built so many automations that it actually became harder to track what was triggering what. We’d love guidance on structuring scalable workflows without creating complexity.

I’d use the time to clean up the core workflow first like making one solid intake to delivery board with the right automations and permissions that’s where most teams lose hours. Then I’d ask them to review a real project in my account and show me what to simplify so the system stays easy to use after the sessions end.
