I need help creating a workflow that will allow me to track room availability for admissions at my facility. I have a main board with a “check list” for the admissions process & a second board that lists all the facilities beds with a status column (available, occupied, working on it). The last step in the admission process is assigning a room, I’d like to assign a room from the main admissions board and only be shown available rooms to choose from. Is this possible?

Hey there! This sounds like a great workflow so far! 
You could absolutely set this up! Apply a board filter to only show items where the status = available. Then, you can save this filtered view as a new board view (a tab along the top of your board) so you can always see which rooms are available.
