Workflows Not Loading After Installing Workspace Template

I needed to take everything on a workspace and copy it to an entirely separate account. I used the Workspace Template method and everything copied over as it should. However, none of my workflows will load. When I click on a workload, the screen just displays the loading animation and won’t actually show the workflow. I thought maybe it was just going to take a while to load the first time but it’s been two hours and it still won’t load. I tried a different browser, I tried it in the desktop app instead of a browser tab and it’s all the same. I’d rather not have to rebuild all of my workflows but at the moment, I don’t see another option. Has anyone experienced this and is there a fix for it?

Have you tried a hard refresh? ie Cmd or ctrl R?

It’s definitely not expected for the workflow builder to sit on the loading animation for hours. Since you already tried another browser and the desktop app, I’d recommend trying an incognito/private window and clearing cache/cookies just in case it’s session related.

If it still won’t load, the best next step is to contact monday.com Support and include a screen recording plus the board/workflow URLs so they can investigate what’s hanging on the backend.
