I use email automation to send complaints to our local systems with a link to the file attach column for the complaint and a link to a response form. I would LOVE for the incoming forms to at minimum stay with the line item, and it would really be cool if the form information was converted into a pdf/word format and saved into a response document column.
Since you can email into specific line item updates, it seems like that wouldn’t be much of a stretch, but I’m just a Paralegal.
