We use our Monday board for Social Work in the health care field which is very different than most. I have cases assigned to different Service Coordinators and due to state guideline there is a limited amount of cases I can assign over all. I would think the workload widget can help with this but it doesnt have that capability. I would love a widget to set these numbers by people column and show how many cases they have and alert me when they have too many. At the moment I have a seperate board and mark the number of cases they have as I assign them and have to do update this monthly when new cases come in and other cases go out.
