Zendesk Integration Improvement

On the item create method we need a way to include internal notes in the description field. In many of our use cases the internal notes are more important than the description.

The specific integration that we are using is:

When a ticket tag is ______, create an item and sync future changes from Zendesk

Thanks for writing into our community and at the moment, these are the only fields that we support with our Zendesk Integration: ticket type, subject, description, assignee, group, status, priority, text, text area, tagger, integer, checkbox.
