Add "tags" based on a list of key words

I need to link my daily work to annual objectives. I tried to use AI to add “tags” in a text column based on key words but can,t make it work. It would look like this - “If you find this word in task, look it up in this table and add the corresponding key word. Here is the table:

• NXT => Migration

• United View => Migration

• Computer => Service to users

  ETc. ”
