Automating status columns based of timeline date columns

Hi. I have 4 columns - year of engagement column, month of engagement column, the start date of engagement column and end date of engagement column. the timeline is 12 months for each client. based on their individual start date i would like the year of engagement and month of engagement to automatically update each month on its own. what is the automation recipe?
