Automation to make subitems for team members?

Part of our workflow has our team review comms/other deliverables. We don’t need this to be in a round robin, it should simultaneous review. I would love to be able to create an automation that runs like if person is team, then create sub items for each member of team. Is there an easy way to do this? It looks like teams aren’t recognized in automations, unsure if there’s been a workaround discovered. Otherwise, I’m going to create identical items for each team member every time we review.
