Best CSV Splitter Tool to Split Large CSVs into Multiple Files

I’ve been struggling with oversized CSV files for a while — every time I tried to open or process them, my system would lag, freeze, or just crash completely. I even tried splitting them manually and with random online tools, but either the formatting got messed up or the rows didn’t split properly.
