Hi everyone,
I’m currently facing an issue with email automations in Monday.
When I send an email via a standard Monday automation (not the Outlook integration), the URL included in the email is clickable in Gmail, but not clickable at all in Outlook Desktop.
I’ve already tried several things:

using a Link column

using a plain text URL
-
isolating the URL with blank lines before and after
-
wrapping the URL in
< > -
sending the URL in its raw form

even different URL formats
Nothing seems to make Outlook Desktop turn the URL into a clickable link.
Gmail works perfectly, but Outlook Desktop doesn’t.
Has anyone found a reliable workaround or configuration that makes links clickable in Outlook Desktop when sending emails through Monday’s default automations?
