Create subitem in a board when item is created in another board and relate them through column value

Hi!

I have two boards. One has companies names. Another companies budgets. I would like to create a subitem in the companies board when a budget is created in the budgets board. In the budget board there is a related column with the companies. So each budget is related to a company. This would be use to select in which company the subitem would be created in the companies board. Can you please help me? Thanks!
