creating tasks that block off chunks of time in the calendar view

Hi there, I am new to Monday and would like to set up some automations to create a calendar view of work schedules. I have created the automation so that each work schedule “item” is created every Monday and the dates for each “item” get pushed to the correct days, but each “item” only displays as a 30 minute slither in the calendar view and does not slot into any time slot in the calendar view. I would like the “items” to display in blocks of time relative to each shift, ie 1pm-4pm on Tuesday, 9am-1pm on Wednesday etc. and beautomated to sit in these time blocks every week. Could someone advise on how to do this please? I have a “standard” account. Many thanks.
