Working on setting up Campaigns to hopefully switch over from Mail Chimp. Our needs are modest and Monday's editor is surprisingly powerful, superior to Mail Chimp in several ways. I was pretty impressed for a gen 1 product.
What I'm struggling with is after connecting my CRM contacts to my Campaigns contacts they don't seem to stay in sync at all. Making changes on one side or the other only affects the place where I've made the edit. It's like they're both in a silo. Is this just a one time "snapshot in time" and Monday doesn't actually sync the contacts?
