I am using the new multi-level boards. I have a Project board and a Sprint board.
I would like to have the status of an item / subitem on the Project board be automatically updated when the status of the corresponding (connected) item / subitem is updated on the Sprint board.
I've tried several things and the closest I've come is to mirror the status from the sprint board to a separate column on the project board.
I have queried some different AI tools and they keep telling me to create the following automation.
“When status changes, change status in connected item”
I have not been able to duplicate this automation yet.
Any suggestions on how to do what I want to do with the native functionality in the Enterprise Work Management system?
