Customize column names for each Subitem

We store file links as subitems under each item. We’d like the questions/fields about each file to appear as columns on the parent item so we can scan answers quickly. The issue is that each file/subitem has different questions, so one fixed set of subitem columns doesn’t fit.

Has anyone found a good way to handle “variable questions per subitem” while still rolling the answers up to the parent as columns (automation, apps, workaround, or board structure)?
