Error "Hold it... First assign the user / team to the item and then to its subitem. The item is currently hidden to them" when trying to add an assignee to a MAIN item, not sub-item.

Hi Sasha! Just wanted to jump in with an update. Our developers have identified and resolved a bug that was affecting the People column and assignments across various regions. You should now be able to assign users to your main items without seeing that error message.
Could you try refreshing your page and giving it another go? Let us know if you’re still seeing any issues!
