First off thank you to the Monday team and community for building such a powerful collaboration tool. I’ve been using it actively, and it helps a lot with project management and workflows.
I wanted to raise a feature request / improvement idea: better support for right-to-left (RTL) languages, such as Urdu, Arabic, Persian.
Problem Statement
When I use Urdu (or mixed Urdu + English) in boards, updates, or text fields:

Text alignment often becomes messy or inconsistent

The direction (RTL vs LTR) sometimes flips unexpectedly

Elements like dropdowns, labels, or templates assume “left-to-right” behaviour

Mixed-language content (Urdu + English) gets awkward in the same cell or section
This is especially problematic for teams which are multilingual we often have to avoid writing native language content or do manual workarounds.
