Form use to Survey Patients - redirect pop-up

We’ve been using a Monday.com Form to survey patients after their appointments, accessed via a tablet outside the waiting room. Previously, we used a URL redirect so that after each submission, the form would automatically reload for the next patient.

Recently, however, this behavior changed. Now, a redirect notice pop-up appears, and unfortunately, the language in that pop-up can’t be customized. To work around this, we removed the URL redirect and enabled the “Allow multiple submissions” setting. This now shows a “Submit another form” button after each submission.

While we can customize the message that appears above the button to clearly prompt the next patient for feedback, the button text itself can’t be changed—which feels limiting. It seems like there should be a better solution, but I haven’t found one yet.

We’re planning to test this setup to see if it’s confusing for patients, but I’m hopeful someone has discovered a more effective workaround. Thanks in advance!
