From PDF loops to one live timeline

If you’ve ever aligned a project schedule with clients, this loop probably looks familiar:
Export Gantt → attach PDF → send email → wait for feedback → update timeline → export again → resend.

This workflow is familiar — almost a habit. But it isn’t very effective.

Over time it leads to:

🚩long approval cycles
🚩version confusion across email threads
🚩last-minute pressure before launch
🚩uncertainty about what’s actually approved

That exploration led us to build Interactive Gantt Timeline — a way to keep the schedule live while maintaining full control over changes.
