I have a board with multiple groups I am managing, and I am creating forms to assist in collecting data. I notice the setting of “group for answers” when creating a form which will determine which group the data will be sent to once the form is complete however I am trying to limit the number of forms created for simplicity.
I am creating a list of contacts in a board with each group being seperated by state (QLD, NSW, VIC). Is it possible to create one form which would give a dropdown of which state the contact belongs at the start which would then determine the group the data would be assisned to? Or do I need to make a seperate form for each state as each form can only go to one group?
