How are you using monday.com to manage creative or game related projects?

Hello everyone,

I’ve been exploring different ways to organize creative and interactive projects using monday.com, and I’m curious how others are structuring their workflows.

For example, when working on digital content or small game projects (like daily puzzle games or word-based challenges such as Letter Boxed), I’ve been experimenting with boards to manage things like:

  • Content planning and publishing schedules

  • Tracking puzzle ideas or daily challenges

  • Managing collaboration between writers, designers, and developers

  • Automating reminders for updates or new releases

One thing I like is using status columns and automations to track progress from “idea → testing → published.” It helps keep the process structured, especially when multiple people are involved.

I’d love to hear from the community:

  • How do you structure your boards for creative or content projects?

  • Do you use automations or integrations that significantly improve your workflow?

  • Any tips for keeping boards organized when handling lots of small tasks or ideas?

Looking forward to learning from how others are using monday.com in different industries! 😊
