How do teams set up outlook integration monday to import emails into monday boards?

We're a fully Microsoft shop — Outlook, Teams, SharePoint. Every time I look for a way to import emails into monday I find Gmail-first tutorials that don't map cleanly to our setup.

We want emails arriving at our [email protected] Outlook inbox to automatically land as structured items on a monday board — sender name, email address, and message body each in their own column. The native outlook integration monday has seems to just dump everything into the item name.

Anyone here running a proper Outlook-to-monday pipeline? What's the actual setup from start to finish?
