How to Bulk Sync Items to Another Board (Mirror Item Multiple Boards)

If you use multiple boards to manage your work, keeping items in sync can be a challenge. Our app Mirror Item Multiple Boards makes this easier by allowing you to mirror entire groups of items to another board with a single button click.

Here’s how it works:

Step 1: Set up the automation

1. Go to Automations on your board.

2. In the search bar, type Mirror Item Multiple Boards.

3. Choose one of these automation recipes:

   • When button clicked – mirror all items to same group in Target Board

   • When button clicked – mirror all items from Board Group to Target Board Target Group

4. Follow the prompts to select your Target Board (and Target Group, if needed), then click Add to board.

Step 2: Run the sync

1. In your board, look for the Button column.

2. Click any one button.

   • You only need to click once — no need to click each button.

Step 3: What happens next

• All items in the group will be mirrored to the selected board/group.

• You’ll get a notification once syncing is complete.
