I started a Monday doc & can't find it

I started a Monday doc and days later unable to find it. I am on so many Workspaces and boards in my organization, and struggle to remember where everything ends up. I am not sure what Workspace it is in or if it is in a Monday Doc column on a specific board. I just have a vague idea of the title or contents.
What is the best approach to finding the document?
