Hiya, we’ve started using Portfolio Boards and are trying to understand whether projects can be imported directly into a Portfolio Board using Excel or CSV.
Right now, we are manually adding each project one by one. This works when the volume is low, but it becomes inefficient when we have a larger batch of projects, as each project can take around 3–5 minutes to set up.
Has anyone found a way to bulk import projects into a Portfolio Board, or is there a recommended workaround using Excel, automation, API, or another method?
We have not deployed monday AI capabilities yet, so we are looking for a non-AI solution if possible. Ultimately, we need a scalable way to create multiple portfolio projects from a template or structured project list
