Is Auto-populating one column value into another column based on a status or checkbox possible?

I have a checkbox that asks, 'Is the Physical address is the same as mailing?' and if that box gets checked, I want to populate the corresponding Physical address, city, state, and zip column values from the Mailing address columns. Is that possible - to copy a value from one column into another column on that same board? I can't figure out an automation that does it and I'm a little stuck so any suggestions would be greatly welcomed!
