It is possible to redirect a branch to another?

Hi Monday community!

I have 2 questions related to workflows.

1. Is it possible to redirect a branch to another to avoid the need to create several instance of the same action? See below what I mean:
   

   

2. Is it possible to move an action within the workflow (if not at the right place) instead of remove and create it again?
