Hi all, we have for a long time shared an item (customer) link via what’sap with our team entering details of equipment required. This shared link has always shown the Monday Icon in the Whatsap chat with a couple of added words. The team member has been able to click on the monday icon and reach the link (customer). Around 2 weeks ago this was no longer possible, the monday icon did not appear but several lines of the url. Monday customer service have been great in assisting and testing but feel that it is a Whatsap setting / update. This is also happening via email when sharing links. Is anyone else experience a change in sharing links from Monday?
