Context: we have a dashboard with a workload widget which pulls jobs from 40 different boards and is used to look at capacity and traffic work.
Issue: a lot of people need to view this dashboard to look at capacity for a number of reasons. A high number of the 40 boards are projects which are boards which will be made shareable to clients (this is a non negotiable and other boards cannot be created as it would duplicate work for the project team). When they are made shareable it locks down the dashboard for people not on the shareable projects and we can't add everyone to overboard (50 people).
Solutions: I have tired the exports from the workload widget and they are terrible. The excel shows no information and the PDF always looks squished and cuts people off. I've also tried creating other widgets in the same dashboard but it's making it really slow and glitchy. The table function doesn't support both items and subitems which we have a mix of on boards other graphs I've tried don't look correct for capacity.
Ideally I just need to pull something from the 40 boards which gives me the following information:
Person allocated (people column)
Date
Planned effort
I'm sure if I can get that I can feed in to AI to create some kind of visual for capacity I can send round daily or weekly.
I've been working day and night on this so any ideas would be appreciated!
