I’ve been exploring different ways to use monday.com boards for managing small collaborative projects, and recently I experimented with organizing daily word-puzzle challenges like Letter Boxed using a simple workflow.
The idea was to treat each puzzle as an item on a board and track things like:

Puzzle date
-
Possible word chains
-
Team members contributing solutions
-
Status (Solved / In Progress / Needs Review)
It actually worked surprisingly well for group collaboration. Team members could leave updates with their suggested word combinations, and we could quickly see which puzzles were solved using the shortest word chains.
I’m curious if anyone else here uses monday.com for organizing activities that are more creative or game-like rather than traditional project management.
