Managing SEO Tasks for Large eCommerce Sites in monday.com

Hi everyone,

We manage SEO for a fairly large eCommerce catalog, and coordinating updates across product pages, category pages, and technical fixes was getting difficult. Recently we started organizing everything in monday.com using separate boards for keyword updates, on-page fixes, and technical SEO tasks.

One challenge is aligning SEO priorities with content and merchandising teams when hundreds of SKUs are involved. While structuring our workflow, we also reviewed some approaches around ecommerce SEO services to better organize category optimization and product-page improvements.
