Mirroring one Board to another - Is it possible to only Mirror one Status at a time, per row?

Hi everyone,

My current project is to build a board that logs ‘inspections’ each time a Fire Truck returns to base after an incident. I have gone with a two-Board system; first is the data entry Board and the other is the high-level Master Overview.

The data entry Board is the ‘Logbook’: all inspections, regardless of which machine, is submitted via a Form. All of the relevant details are stored here, and all of the automations occur in this board, differentiating between each machine (7 trucks total) and whether or not the machine is Serviceable, or Requires Attention.

The goal of the Master Overview Board is to show very quickly each machine at a glance along with the following as of last inspection: Truck #, Last Inspection Date, Current Serviceability Status - by Linking and Mirroring relevant info based off of what is input into Logbook.

The issue I am running into involves mirroring the Serviceability Status column from Logbook to Master Overview. Each time an inspection is completed, it adds the incoming form answer rather than eliminating all but the most current. Is what I am trying to achieve possible? I have successfully mirrored the Inspection Date column to only show the most recent date, regardless of how many inspections have been completed, which is what I want for my Serviceability Status column.

I have also toggled the ‘allow linking to multiple items’ on/off within both connected Boards, I have re-built the links/mirrors, refreshed my pages, logged in/out: none of this changed the outcome. Clearly I am missing something.

Any insight anyone might be able to provide would be very much appreciated!
