Monday.com calendar view not working via shareable link, issue logged from 04/03/2025

We are experiencing an issue with the calendar view via the shareable link. I raised a ticket, and the agent mentioned that the Monday team is looking into it. For a faster resolution, we need to provide permissions. However, it has been 10 days since we logged the issue, and it still seems to be broken. Unfortunately, I cannot provide the necessary permissions because I do not have admin access. Is there any other way to resolve this?
