Monthly File Management using Digital Asset Management

I want to use Digital Asset Management to create a repository for a monthly recurring process that produces about 40 files (mix of word, pdf, excel). Some would be linked to a shareable board. Each month a process should move all files from “Current” to last month Name say, January and replicate to create a new DAM are for February. The date for move should be configurable and notify users. Another date notification should occur to ensure new report files are uploaded on time with alerts to seniors. This monthly process would be repeated to a project end point.
This would automate a repetitive process and secure digital assets with correct version and access control and provide an easily locatable repository.
