Hello,
I have a board called “Members” which listed contact information for all members. I then have a separate board related to tickets that may be opened by those members and mirror their email addresses (and other contact information) to that board. Why can I not select that mirrored email address in the automation for sending an email in that board?
This is such a basic feature and Monday.com is way overpriced if they cannot implement such basic usage of the system. Does anyone know any currently working solutions for this?
